The moment a woman becomes pregnant, everyone suddenly becomes an expert.

People start giving advice.
Warnings.
Restrictions.
Fear.

๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œDonโ€™t do this.โ€
๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œBe careful.โ€
๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œJust rest.โ€

But almost nobody gives women what they actually need: support

Real support.

Not fear.
Not overprotection.
Not making women feel like their body is fragile.

Because pregnancy is not an illness.

And women deserve:
โœ” information
โœ” guidance
โœ” movement
โœ” confidence
โœ” spaces where they feel capable again

Not just people telling them everything that could go wrong.

We talk about stretch marks.

We recommend creams.

We compare products.

We share photos.

We even joke about them.

But when it comes to diastasis...

Silence.

Millions of women are living with:

๐Ÿ‘‰ a belly that still looks pregnant
๐Ÿ‘‰ weakness every time they lift their baby
๐Ÿ‘‰ pressure in their abdomen
๐Ÿ‘‰ leaking
๐Ÿ‘‰ feeling disconnected from their core

And many of them don't tell anyone.

Because they think:

๐Ÿ’ฌ "It's just part of being a mum."

๐Ÿ’ฌ "Everyone else seems fine."

๐Ÿ’ฌ "Maybe I'm the only one."

You're not.

Diastasis is one of the most common conditions after pregnancy.

But because we don't talk about it enough, too many women spend years believing they simply have to live with it.

๐Ÿ’› Imagine how many women would seek help sooner if we spoke about diastasis as openly as we speak about stretch marks.

Shame keeps women silent.

Information gives them options.

Conversation reminds them they're not alone.

So let's start talking about it.

If you've experienced diastasis after pregnancy, leave a โค๏ธ below.

Your comment might be exactly what another mum needs to realise she's not the only one.

A coach hears: "I broke my elbow." And immediately starts adapting the programme.

Questions are asked.
Limitations are assessed.
Progressions are modified.

As they should be.

But then a woman says: "I have two children."

And for many coaches, that's where the conversation ends.

No questions.
No assessment.
No adaptations.

As if pregnancy and birth had no impact on the body.

The reality?

A woman who had a vaginal birth is not the same as a woman who had a C-section.

A woman who gave birth 6 weeks ago is not the same as a woman who gave birth 6 years ago.

And a woman who has had three pregnancies is not the same as someone who has never been pregnant.

Yet many coaches still programme as if motherhood were just a detail.

It's not.

It's one of the most significant physical events a woman will ever experience.

๐Ÿ’› If you adapt training for injuries, surgeries and pain...

Why wouldn't you adapt training for pregnancy and postpartum?

The best coaches don't just look at the workout.

They look at the woman standing in front of them.

One of the biggest mistakes women make when recovering from diastasis?

Thinking that once the gap improves, the work is done.

It's not.

Because every single day you are:

๐Ÿ‘ถ carrying your baby
๐Ÿ› lifting bags
๐Ÿƒ moving
๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ creating pressure inside your abdomen

And if your body hasn't learned how to manage that pressure properly, symptoms can come back.

That's why diastasis recovery is not about doing a few exercises for a few weeks.

It's about building a foundation.

A stronger core.
Better pressure management.
Better movement patterns.
Better habits.

๐Ÿ’› Recovery doesn't happen in 5 minutes.

And it doesn't happen with two random workouts a week.

It happens through consistency.

The women who get the best results are not the ones who do the most.

They're the ones who stay consistent long enough for their body to change.

That's exactly why we created No More Diastasis.

โœ” 9-week online programme
โœ” VIP WhatsApp support
โœ” Personal guidance
โœ” 6 months of unlimited online access after completion

Because your body deserves more than a quick fix.

Send us the word DIASTASIS and we'll tell you if the programme is right for you.

You gave birth months ago.

But every time you look in the mirror, you still feel like your body hasn't fully recovered.

And maybe you've been told:

๐Ÿ‘‰ "Just do more abs."
๐Ÿ‘‰ "You need to lose weight."
๐Ÿ‘‰ "It's just your diastasis."

But what if the problem isn't your stomach?

What if the problem is that nobody taught your body how to work together again?

Because recovery is not about having a flat belly.

It's about:
โœ” breathing properly
โœ” managing pressure
โœ” reconnecting your core
โœ” restoring function

That's why some women with a small diastasis still struggle with symptoms.

And why others with a larger separation feel strong, capable and confident.

๐Ÿ’› Your body is not broken.

It may simply need the right guidance.

If months after giving birth your core still doesn't feel like it used to, don't ignore it.

Leave us a โค๏ธ or send us a message.

Let's find out what's really going on.

No more taboos! Women have the right to learn about themselves, and this is essential.
After 11 years working with mums, I realized how much needed this workshop is.
Comment "PF" and I will send you the info.

โ€œListen to your bodyโ€ sounds empowering.

But for many pregnant and postpartum women, itโ€™s actually confusing.

Because how can a woman trust signals she was never taught to understand?

Especially when:
๐Ÿ‘‰ leaking is normalised
๐Ÿ‘‰ pressure is ignored
๐Ÿ‘‰ pain is minimised
๐Ÿ‘‰ exhaustion is glorified

Many women are deeply disconnected from their body after pregnancy.

Not because they failed.

Because nobody guided them properly.

๐Ÿ’› Good coaching is not leaving women alone with vague advice.

Itโ€™s helping them:
โœ” understand symptoms
โœ” rebuild awareness
โœ” feel safe moving again
โœ” reconnect with their body step by step

Thatโ€™s real coaching.

A C-section is not a small thing.

Itโ€™s major abdominal surgery.

And yet so many women feel pressure to:
๐Ÿ‘‰ recover fast
๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œget their body backโ€
๐Ÿ‘‰ train like nothing happened

But healing after a C-section is not just about waiting a few weeks.

Your body needs:
โœ” reconnection
โœ” strength
โœ” pressure management
โœ” gradual recovery

Not punishment.
Not random workouts.
Not rushing.

๐Ÿ’› Training after a C-section can be incredibly beneficialโ€ฆ
when itโ€™s adapted properly.

Because the goal is not to go back to your old body.

Itโ€™s to rebuild a strong, functional one.

If you have diastasis... Yes, of course you can absolutely wear a bikini. You don't have to hide your body.

You don't have to wait until you're "perfect."

And you don't need anyone's permission to enjoy summer.

๐Ÿ’› Your body has carried life, and that alone deserves respect.

But here's the thing:

If every time you put on a bikini you feel uncomfortable...

If you keep pulling your stomach in...

If you avoid photos, cover yourself with a towel or compare yourself to every other mum on the beach...

You don't have to keep living like that either.

Because there's a difference between accepting your body...

And accepting symptoms that can be improved.

No More Diastasis isn't about achieving the "perfect summer body."

It's about helping you:

โœ” rebuild your core
โœ” improve your diastasis
โœ” feel stronger
โœ” move with confidence
โœ” trust your body again

So wear the bikini.

Enjoy the beach.

Create memories with your family.

But if deep down you know your body doesn't feel the way you'd like it to...

Let's work on that together.

๐Ÿ’› Send us the word DIASTASIS and we'll tell you if No More Diastasis is the right programme for you.

One of the most common questions we hear is:

๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œShould I stop exercising during the first trimester?โ€

And the answer is usually: No , not if your pregnancy is healthy and your training is adapted.

The problem is that many women are told:

โŒ โ€œdonโ€™t moveโ€
โŒ โ€œjust restโ€
โŒ โ€œwait until the second trimesterโ€

without understanding why.

๐Ÿ’› Exercise is not the enemy.

Random, non-adapted training is.

The first trimester is often the moment when women need:
โœ” support
โœ” reassurance
โœ” flexibility
โœ” guidance

Because your body is already changing a lot , even if nobody can see it yet.
