It’s been a little while, and after a summer of busy days and all the coming and going, we’re feeling ready for a proper catch-up.

So, we’re putting together a little Social Pilates: 70minutes of moving together on the reformer and mat, followed by a walk over to Châtelain for a drink at Culture.

Honestly, we’re craving a little connection, some good conversations, and time together outside of our usual class schedule.
