Back to school #1 ✨ A little studio etiquette update. We are slowly introducing new rules across our studios : 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 & 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀.

Why? First of all : This helps us maintain good hygiene and keeps our mats and studio environment fresh for everyone. + better grip, more stability, safer and comfortable for everyone.

Don’t have grip socks yet? From September, you’ll be able to find them in-studio. Even better : part of the revenue will be donated to a social association. 🫶

Don’t have yoga towel? Reach us in DM, we’ll be happy to suggest good brands.

Strength training and Pilates aren’t rivals, they’re teammates. 🤝 One doesn’t replace the other, and that’s exactly the point.

Strength training builds muscle, power, resilience, and athletic performance.

Pilates develops body awareness, breath control, deep core strength, alignment, posture, mobility, and quality of movement.

Together, they create a stronger, more balanced body that not only performs better but feels better too.

You don’t have to choose one over the other. They complement each other beautifully, and that’s why we make room for both. 💛 Train strong. Move well. Do both.
