Friendly reminder: End your workout with a Dead Hang!
The dead hang is the ultimate way to completely reset and decompress your body after a heavy training session!
The Benefits:
📐 Spine Decompression: It stretches your back and releases the pressure on your vertebrae after heavy squats or lifts.
💪 Iron Grip: The perfect way to build serious forearm and grip strength.
🛡️ Healthy Shoulders: It creates space in the shoulder joints and boosts your overall mobility.
Coach Kevin's Tip: Try to hang passively for 30 to 60 seconds at the end of your workout. Breathe deeply and feel the tension melt away.

Coach Denise's Favorite Exercise: Single-Leg RDL!
The Single-Leg RDL is great for improving strength, balance, and stability.
🔥 Targets: Glutes, Hamstrings, Core & Lower back
✅ Focus on:
• A neutral back
• Hip hinge movement
• Control and balance
• Keeping your hips level
💡 Don't forget to train both sides! Since it's a single-leg exercise, remember to include the other leg and factor this into your training time!
