We recently brought 120 consultants together for our yearly summit, looking back on the higlights and the projects that shaped last year.

Oh, and did we mention the Catalay beer? 🌾 Inspired by a collective brewery visit last year, consultants with 5+ years at Catalay, crafted their very own Catalay IPA and every guest went home with a bottle. A special token of appreciation for a big year.

And all of this, with the stunning Sonian forest as our backdrop.

This 2-day event gets young talents together to collaborate on an innovative project that combines sustainability with cutting-edge technology.

During a 24-hour sprint, 30 participants, divided into 6 teams, took on the challenge and putt their skills to the test.

After selecting a topic (improving circular water management or solar energy in a given situation), each team had to analyze its technical and economic aspects, before presenting their solutions to a jury of industry experts. 👀

Congrats to the innovation team, the best technical team, and the best business plan team for taking home well-deserved prizes!

And a special hats off to Salman M. for landing a permanent contract at Catalay!

A big thank you to Ilker Makine and Tekno-Family for organizing the event and providing this inspiring opportunity to young talents, as well as to all participants for their commitment and motivation.
