The business initiative had been taken by one of the key members in 2009 with the organization named Unified Engineering. He started working industries especially in pharmaceuticals and extended his services as a project leader, supporting with technical solutions. This company is still very much active in the servicing fields. Then ProActive Engineering Limited formed in 2014 with few more members to work on bigger perspective. The company has started working in various fields relevant to the experiences of key members. Still the set up of the two organizations are going along in parallel which will hopefully merge in near future. Given the varied personal working experience of higher management in different industries over a period of almost 20 years, PEL can offer a wide range of services to industries and also to the development projects. The company has already developed a qualified, proactive engineering team who are just ready to serve various Industrial facilities through their competency, commitment and skills. PEL is devoting its resources in developing competencies of its engineering team through rigorous training of national and international standard.
