It is the first quality controlling point. After that at the receiving point the quality of the material will be verified by the engineers, and if it is within the quality standard, then it will be received and if not it will be rejected or returned to the supplier. So we want to say, we maintain our quality. Project Management AMRA DEVELOPMENTS LTD. takes multiple projects which run simultaneously. Major project resources are managed from head office; and project sites are managed independently. Project Manager prepares project schedule, which works as a great tool for Project Management. It also gives the project task to do list with calendar planned start and end dates.
