COBEG এগিয়ে যাওয়ায় হাজারো eFootball প্লেয়ারের অবদান আছে। আমাদের সংগঠনের প্রাণ হচ্ছে ক্লাব এবং সেই প্রাণের অক্সিজেন আমাদের ম্যাচডে পরিচালকরা। এই ছবিতে সবাইকে তুলে ধরা সম্ভব হয়নি এজন্য প্রথমে আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করছি। আপনারা সবাই আমাদের অমূল্য অংশ।

COBEG শুরু থেকে হাজারো পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে কিন্তু সংগঠন কাঠামো নিয়ে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী হয় নি। কারণ পদ, পদবিতে গেলে কাউকে কম, কাউকে বেশি প্রাধান্যতা চলে আসার সম্ভাবনা থাকে। এখানে দুইটা পদ রেখে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা হয়েছে। প্লেয়ার ও এডমিন। সবাই এডমিন। এখনো তেমনটাই থাকছে। সংগঠন বড় করার প্রয়াসে আমরা অল্প কিছু পদ ঘোষণা করে পুরো কার্যক্রমের দায়িত্ব বন্টন, লিমিটেশন বর্ণনা, নিয়োগের যোগ্যতা ও প্রয়োজনে পদ বাতিলসহ বিস্তারিত পরিচালনার স্ট্রাকচার গঠন করেছি।

এখন থেকে COBEG পরিচালনা করবে তিনটি প্যানেল।
- Board of Trustee: সম্মানসূচক দায়িত্বে নিযুক্ত থেকে পরামর্শ ও দীর্ঘমেয়াদি দিকনির্দেশনা দিবে।
- Governing Body: সংগঠনের কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ, নীতি-নিয়ম পর্যবেক্ষণ, ভুল সংশোধন এবং এক্সিকিউটিভ বোর্ডের নিয়োগদান করবে।
- Executive Board: দৈনন্দিন কাজ, টুর্নামেন্ট ভিত্তিক সকল অপারেশন বাস্তবায়ন করবে।

Under the supervision of COBEG, the Academy Team of Synthex Legion Chronicles earned a hard-fought victory in the COBEG ESOCCER KICKOFF Tournament, overcoming the Academy squad of Nineteens Squad of PES by 21 🆚 15 points. In a closely contested matchday, Jahid Hasan rose to the occasion and was deservedly awarded the MVP for his standout performance. We congratulate all our Academy players for securing this important win
