What' SUP Barbados

What SUP Barbados!? – the Islands best mobile Stand-Up-Paddleboarding company! We will have you up and having fun in no time!

If you have not seen it or don’t know what it is, SUP or Stand-Up-Paddleboarding is the fastest growing watersport on the planet and we want you to learn it and love it! We are a couple guys that have been doing it for 2 years and want to bring the joy, fun and fitness of SUP’ing to as many people as we can… In short, we want you to get hooked like we did! Both of us are WPA (World Paddleboarding Association) Certified and also “Paddle Fit” Certified. We both love the sea and we Dive, Surf, Sail and Fish, so we know the waters and regular weather patterns around the Island… kind of a long way of saying we know what we’re doing and want you to feel comfortable! What SUP Barbados offers Guided Tours on the West and South Coast of the Island for all levels including first timers. Our Beginner tours start with a short lesson on the beach and then move to the beautiful shallow water. Average tour times are 1 and a half hours including the lesson. We also offer Adventure Paddles to more advanced paddlers where we find remote or harder to reach locations that are off the beaten track but so worth it for the lack of Ski-boat and Jet Ski buzz. We offer Board rentals from one hour to one week or more (if you are staying in a beach house and want to really get your paddle on!)
What SUP Barbados will soon be offering specialized sessions in Yoga, Pilates and “Bootcamp” type fitness classes all on the Paddleboards… talk about a workout!
