Corey Springer has worked for 23 straight years (2000-2023) in the Fitness Industry. 

Initially specialising in acute body transformations (including contest prep, and photoshoot prep), custom programme design, and gourmet fitness meal-planning, he later shifted the emphasis of his practice to fill a void: Prehabilitative/Rehabilitative care, mobility and movement modalities. 

Having competed for 8 straight years (1999-2006), Locally and Regionally, he realised the need to address the myopic hypertrophy-hyperfocused model of fitness – for athlete longevity purposes.

He will be presenting on: "Mindful Mobility: Ripped, Not Wrecked."
