It has been amazing to witness Nick's journey.

We filmed a few sessions so that he could see his progress and he found it helpful to be able to see what was happening so we started taking a few videos at the end of our session to document but this guy also loves the camera :)
We worked a lot on alignment, grip strength, and cognitive awareness through movement.
He's come a long way and has an amazing team of physio's, speech therapists, personal trainers and massage therapists that have helped to get him this far.

I went outside and felt like I had a front row seat to the unknown parts of the sunrise that I got to witness because I chose to get out of bed. And that’s when it hit me. Finding your peace is a choice to create stillness in your chaotic mind that can lead you to a peaceful state, even if it’s just for the first five minutes of your day.

Create your own peace.

I had a conversation this week with about being an entrepreneur and managing that workload as a creative person.

There's no right way and there will always be something that feels like it's testing you. However, it's easier to manage the stuff coming at you by having systems in place. For some it's a business coach, a software program, a Personal Assistant or accountant to help things run smoothly but your mental health and balance between work and play is the golden key so I create my peace at the studio.

There's always a playlist pumping, clean floors, bare feet and incense. No matter what comes through the studio door, I've made an effort to at least be in a nurturing space. When you walk through the door, be ready to take your shoes off and get grounded with me. ✨
