I am Ramona Morgan, an accomplished IFBB Pro Body Fitness Athlete.
Central American and Caribbean Fitness and Bodybuilding Confederation Judge.
Certified IFBB Competition Preparation Coach, Posing Specialist and mentor and the founder of Fit & Fab.

Drawing from my 18 years of local, regional and international competitive experience and my extensive knowledge I understand and keep up to date in the sport I’ve grown to love.

I have delivered coaching experiences for my clients that have provided expert guidance and preparation strategies which have been proven to be successful.

I equip athletes with the tools, confidence, and competitive edge needed to excel, through: personalized coaching, expert posing instructions, professional stage presentation, premium tanning services and the determination to ensure every athlete is prepared to step on stage looking polished, confident and championship-ready.

I am more than just a coach, I am also a mentor-committed to developing successful competitors who become stronger, more confident individuals.
My passion lies in helping athletes break barriers, embrace the process and achieve goals they once thought were beyond reach.

Yesterday I attended the **World Judges Seminar 2026** were focused on all modalities with the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation.

Having traveled this road as a competitor myself.
I understand the dedication, sacrifice and discipline it takes to step on that stage. Athletes invest years building their physiques, trusting that the people guiding and judging them truly understand the sport.

That is why education matters.

Passion alone is not enough. As coaches, officials and leaders in this industry, it is our responsibility to keep sharpening our knowledge so we can guide, judge and support athletes with integrity.

Growth doesn’t stop once you reach a level.
Real professionals keep learning.

Different countries.
Different time zones.
But when it comes to elevating the standard of our sport… distance is never an excuse.

Study the sport.
Respect the sport.
Serve the sport.
