He’s still going to work, paying his bills, and doing what he has to do, so everyone assumes he’s okay. Meanwhile, he’s fighting a battle that nobody else can see.
The hard part is these small changes can slowly affect everything. His relationships suffer, his energy drops, he stops taking care of himself, and he just goes through the motions every day. From the outside, it looks like he’s handling life. On the inside, he could be hanging on by a thread. That’s why it’s important to check in on the men in your life.
