To our Valued Members, please note the 24 Hour Stairs at our Sheraton location will be out of service this Sunday from 7:00am-3:30 pm.

Members are asked to use the main Sheraton entrance (food court) to gain access to our gym during that period.

Beyond Limits Fitness Centre

Dear Valued Members — Over the next three days, construction work will be taking place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time, you may experience some dust and minor disruptions as we work behind the scenes to improve the facility. Persons, especially those with any respiratory issues can train at any of our other nearby facilities such as Gibbons or Sheraton.
