Goodbye, Wolf.

Some names become much more than just names over time.

For years, Wolf has been an integral part of our identity. It has been part of every step of our journey, from the very beginning, through our first victories and defeats, to everything we have built together today.

It was on our jerseys.
It was in the stands.
It was with us at every practice, every game, and every moment in which we grew together.

Today, we close one chapter.

The name Wolf is retiring.

But what Wolf represented is not going away.

The fight remains.
The character remains.
The unity remains.
The spirit remains.

Because a club's identity is not defined by a name alone. It is built by its people, its memories, its values, and everything we have been through together.

So this is not goodbye to our story.

It is simply goodbye to a name.

Wolf will remain a part of our history.
Its spirit will remain a part of us.

And soon, a new chapter begins...

UKK IUS Wolves i KK Ilidža potpisali ugovor o poslovno-tehničkoj saradnji za zajednički nastup U18 selekcije u sezoni 2026/27

Univerzitetski košarkaški klub IUS Wolves i Košarkaški klub Ilidža nastavljaju i dodatno produbljuju svoje dugogodišnje sportsko partnerstvo.

Nakon više od tri godine uspješne saradnje, dva kluba napravila su novi korak naprijed potpisivanjem ugovora o poslovno-tehničkoj saradnji, kojim će u sezoni 2026/27 zajednički nastupati sa U18 selekcijom u takmičenjima organizovanim pod pokroviteljstvom Košarkaškog saveza Kantona Sarajevo.

Saradnja između UKK IUS Wolves i KK Ilidža traje već duže od tri godine, a tokom tog perioda brojni mladi igrači imali su priliku nastupati za oba kluba, sticati iskustvo i razvijati se kroz zajednički sportski rad.

Ono što ovu saradnju čini posebnom jeste činjenica da je izgrađena na povjerenju, otvorenosti i zajedničkoj želji da se mladim košarkašima pruže što bolji uslovi za razvoj. Oba kluba jasno znaju šta žele postići, a upravo zbog toga ovo partnerstvo prirodno raste iz godine u godinu.

Zajednički nastup U18 selekcije predstavlja nastavak te priče i još jedan dokaz da se kroz saradnju mogu napraviti kvalitetne i dugoročne stvari za razvoj košarke i mladih igrača na području Ilidže i Sarajeva.

„Nastup u najjačem i najbolje organizovanom omladinskom takmičenju u Bosni i Hercegovini, Ligi mladih Kantona Sarajevo, predstavlja izuzetno važnu platformu za razvoj mladih igrača. Smatramo da će ova saradnja našim igračima omogućiti kvalitetnije uslove za rad, veći broj utakmica i iskustvo koje će im biti od velikog značaja u njihovom daljem košarkaškom razvoju.“

Vjerujemo da je pred nama još mnogo lijepih sportskih trenutaka, novih igrača, novih pobjeda i, što je najvažnije, prilika da zajedno stvaramo bolje uslove za mlade košarkaše i gradimo put za generacije koje dolaze.

U novu sezonu 2026/27 naš klub ulazi sa brojnim promjenama, ali neke stvari jednostavno ne treba mijenjati.

Kada imate najbolje medicinske stručnjake u državi uz svoj tim, povjerenje se ne mijenja.

Već četvrtu sezonu zaredom, brigu o zdravlju i oporavku naših igrača vode vrhunski stručnjaci iz Medical's tima, Sanel Pepeljak i Arel Šemsović.

Njihova stručnost, predanost i profesionalan odnos prema našim igračima već četiri godine predstavljaju važan dio našeg kluba.

Ponosni smo što i u sezoni 2026/27 nastavljamo ovu uspješnu saradnju.

MEETING WITH THE TURKISH DELEGATION

Zenica, July 2, 2026

The IUS Wolves delegation, led by Club President Yasir Goz and Club Advisor Ibrahim Inal, had the honor of meeting with the Turkish delegation during the Turkish national basketball team’s visit to Zenica.

The Turkish delegation was led by Hidayet Türkoğlu, President of the Turkish Basketball Federation, Dr. Serhan Antalyalı, Secretary General of the Turkish Basketball Federation, and Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak, Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye.

The meeting was also attended by H.E. Emin Akseki, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss the development of basketball and sports, and explore opportunities for future cooperation and stronger connections between sports institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Türkiye.

For IUS Wolves, this was a special occasion and another important step in our commitment to building strong international sports partnerships.

A NEW A1 LEAGUE SEASON IS AHEAD OF US!

We are pleased to announce the schedule for the new A1 League season. Our 2026/27 campaign will begin with an away game against our sporting friends, KK Željo 1971 from Bihać.

Following an agreement between the two clubs, and at our request, the home-court advantage for the opening game has been switched. Therefore, we will open the new season in Bihać.

We would like to thank KK Željo 1971 for their cooperation and understanding.

We wish all teams the best of luck, success, and a great sporting season.

NOVA SEZONA A1 LIGE JE PRED NAMA!

Objavljujemo raspored takmičenja za novu sezonu A1 lige, a svoje putovanje kroz sezonu 2026/27 započinjemo na gostovanju kod naših sportskih prijatelja, KK Željo 1971 iz Bihaća.

Nakon dogovora dva kluba, a na naš zahtjev, dogovorena je zamjena domaćinstva utakmice prvog kola, pa ćemo novu sezonu otvoriti u Bihaću.

Ovim putem zahvaljujemo se KK Željo 1971 na korektnoj saradnji i razumijevanju.

Svim ekipama želimo mnogo sreće, uspjeha i sportskog duha u novoj sezoni.

Nova sezona donosi nove izazove, nova rivalstva i novu priliku za dokazivanje.

Pred nama je još jedno uzbudljivo izdanje A1 lige Bosne i Hercegovine, u kojem će 13 klubova voditi borbu za svaki bod i ostvarenje svojih ciljeva.

UKK IUS Wolves će i ove sezone s ponosom predstavljati Internacionalni univerzitet u Sarajevu, nastavljajući graditi projekat koji iz godine u godinu raste na i van terena.

Radujemo se novim utakmicama, punim dvoranama i još jednoj sezoni kvalitetne košarke.

WELCOME TO IUS WOLVES, BAKIR KURIĆ!

Bakir Kurić is the newest member of our club and a young player who will wear the IUS Wolves jersey in the upcoming period.

Bakir comes from Sarajevo, and through his development so far, he has gone through the youth system of KK Realway, after which he continues his basketball journey in our club.

As a young and promising player, Bakir represents part of our philosophy of developing local talent and creating an environment where young basketball players can progress and take the next step in their careers.

We would like to welcome him to the IUS Wolves family and wish him lots of success in the season ahead!

IUS Wolves Delegation Meets with Mr. Hasan Topaloğlu, President of the SEDEF Foundation

On 28 July 2026 in Istanbul, the IUS Wolves delegation held an official meeting with Mr. Hasan Topaloğlu, President of the Foundation for Education Development Sarajevo (SEDEF).

The delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Muhammed Yasir Göz, President of IUS Wolves, and Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Kuşakcı, Chairman of the IUS Wolves Board. The delegation also included Mr. Ibrahim İnal, Advisor to the IUS Wolves Club.

The purpose of the meeting was to present the club's future plans and long-term vision for the development of IUS Wolves. The delegation outlined its strategic objectives, including strengthening the club's organizational structure, investing in the development of young athletes, and further establishing IUS Wolves as one of the leading university basketball clubs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The delegation expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Topaloğlu for his continued support and commitment to the development of IUS Wolves. The meeting reaffirmed the shared vision of fostering sustainable growth, sporting excellence, and strong institutional cooperation.

Kerim Ramić Signs with IUS Wolves!

IUS Wolves are pleased to announce the signing of Kerim Ramić, who joins the club ahead of the 2026/27 season.

A Bosnian-Herzegovinian guard standing at 195 cm, Kerim developed through the renowned youth academy of OKK Spars, one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most respected basketball development programs. He later continued his career with KK Igman Burch, where he became an important part of the team's A1 League campaign, before spending last two seasons with KK Studenti, further establishing himself as a versatile and reliable player at the senior level.

Known for his energy, competitiveness, and ability to contribute on both ends of the floor, Kerim brings valuable experience, versatility, and determination to the IUS Wolves roster as the club continues building for the upcoming season.

Everyone at IUS Wolves welcomes Kerim to the club and wishes him a successful season in the blue and white jersey.
