Working Hours: 2-5 days a week

Are you an energetic, pro-active and social person with a passion for sales, organization and scheduling? Then we are looking for YOU! At Aruba Active Vacations we are seeking a cheerful, dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our front desk.

➡️ Responsibilities:
✅1. Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services
Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
✅2. Reservation Management:
Manage and coordinate reservations for water sports activities and equipment rentals.
Keep accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and customer preferences.
Work closely with the team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
✅3. Administrative Tasks:
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Handle cash transactions
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
✅4. Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Provide clear and concise information about Aruba Active Vacation’s services and policies.

➡️Qualifications:
✅Previous experience in customer service or front desk role is preferred.
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
✅Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
✅Knowledge of water sports and recreational activities is a (big)plus.
