Next Gen 12s is the first step in Basketball Queensland's athlete development pathway, giving young representative athletes the opportunity to develop their game, learn, connect and be challenged as they continue their basketball journey.

A heads-up for our Wizards community about upcoming road resurfacing works near South Pine Indoor Sports Centre.

🚧 From Monday 24 August through to mid-September, resurfacing works will take place along Cribb Road.
Monday to Friday, approximately 6:00am–4:30pm:

• Cribb Road will be reduced to one lane through the affected area
• Traffic controllers will be onsite to manage traffic flow
• Please allow some extra travel time, particularly if you have training or other activities at South Pine during these hours

🚗 Alternative access: Members can access the complex via Leitches Road to avoid the roadworks.

🏀 Weekend games and activities are not expected to be impacted.

If you train at South Pine during the week, please keep the works in mind when planning your trip and allow a little extra time to arrive.

The works are expected to continue until mid-September, with the exact completion date to be confirmed.

🧙 OFFICE CLOSED TOMORROW | BRISBANE SHOW HOLIDAY

The Northside Wizards Office will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday 12 August, for the Brisbane Show Holiday (Ekka).

🏀 Casual Shooting
Casual shooting will be available upstairs in the Main Centre. Public holidays are often very busy, so we strongly recommend booking ahead to secure your spot. Walk-ups will close once capacity is reached.
