For those who know me Catherine Boreham through pickleball, you’ll probably know that martial arts is another part of my life. I fought about five years ago for mental health awareness, and now I’m getting back into the ring for a very different but equally important cause.

I’m training for an event called Stronger Together – a Domestic & Family Violence Awareness Night, raising funds for CQ Healthy Families and training and standing alongside victim-survivors and families affected by domestic and family violence.

The event is on the 30th of October.

I’m incredibly grateful for both communities that I am part of. ❤️

This event isn't about promoting violence. It’s about courage, resilience, strength and hope — and about coming together as a community to support people who have been impacted by domestic and family violence.

100% of the sponsorship I personally raise will go directly to CQ Healthy Families.
