Core 4 all has merged into Her Element Yoga and Pilates, please like and follow us there. New classes coming to Yarra Junction from January 30th

Pilates is returning to Friday mornings at Yarra Junction Tennis Clubrooms. 10:30-11:30am every Friday during school term. Term 1 starts this Friday Feb 9th

Physiotherapist led low impact exercises to tone and strengthen your whole body with extra emphasis on the muscles supporting the spine and pelvis. Perfect for returning to exercise post having a baby, rehabbing an injury or complimenting your exercise routine or sporting activity.

All fitness levels and Pilates experience welcome.
Kids welcome to come and play on tennis courts whilst you participate in the class.
All equipment provided.

Casual Class = $17
Term Pass, 7 Classes = $100
Semester Pass, 18 classes = $240

New class time for next week; Monday 10:30am at Yarra junction tennis club. This class will replace the Friday 10:15am class which will no longer run starting from tomorrow (16/6/17). Casual attendance welcome, $15 per class, prior booking essential.

Happy Easter everyone. Term 2 starts tomorrow and so do our weekly Pilates classes. Tuesday 7:30pm and Friday 10:15am at Yarra Junction Tennis Club. $15 for casual class, $120 for 10 class pass. Payment via cash or bank transfer. Start working off all those choccy eggs and hot cross buns.

Next week is the last week of term classes before the school holiday break. Tuesday 7:30pm and Friday 10:15am.
Tuesday night class will run during first week of holidays (4th April) at casual price of $15.
Term 2 begins Tuesday 18th April for 11 weeks, (no class ANZAC day)
Term Pass available at $135 for 11 classes (save $30) will include make up class in mid year school holidays.
