What a fantastic day for a bus trip ... we had morning tea at Yanchep Surf Club then we went to Guilderton to see the Moore river breaching its banks and flowing into the ocean. We had a great lunch at the Seabird Tavern which was enjoyed by everyone. Then the long trip home .. great day .. thanks to all the ladies for coming along and the two hubbies who joined us for the day :)

We watched the "Office Romance" .. a movie with the sexy JLo. It has a bit of swearing etc but it was pretty good. This was followed by our usual lunch. Next week is the Bus Trip to Guilderton.
Hi Ladies. Is there someone who could volunteer for sandwiches (any sort) and pies and sausage rolls for next week's Movie day as two ladies are not available. I have done it several times this year and am hoping someone else could stand in :) Thank you :)

City of Cockburn Councillor Phil Eva came to Leisure Group today talking about his life and his beloved Cornwall and also some local Cockburn issues. It was a good day with a few questions and concerns the ladies have that he will look into :) We had the usual nice lunch with delicious sandwiches and Lyn's yummy chocolate brownies :)

Ho Ho Ho, Ha Ha Ha .. today we had a laughter workshop with Janet. We all enjoyed it and felt less stressful for doing it. Also the details for the Willetton Laughter Club if anyone is interested. Next week is Lunch at Berrigans :)

Interesting day with the lovely Carol and her daughter Requel joining us to demo their fantastic dried fruits .. I was too busy sitting there I forgot to take some photos. I did come home with a jar or pickles and a bottle of lemon cordial so took a pic of that ... THANK YOU CAROL AND REQUEL :)
