Our studio offers a warm teaching environment and supportive team along with wonderful Yoga community. It’s a special time for our Samadhi family.
Our newest member has arrived! ✨🌹
While Sarah and Greg take some time to be in the sacred newborn bubble, we may have some schedule changes during the next week or so. keep an eye on our timetable for updates and we will return to our usual schedule soon. We send thanks out to our members for support during this time, and can’t wait to see you in the studio! 🙏

✨ Mantra, Chai and Chats 🎵
Our next event is coming up fast and we would love for you to join!
Be guided in Kundalini Mantra by Lou on Harmonium and guitar, enjoy a warm cup of chai and have the option to stay for a chat with community at the end of the session.

Lou has been floating around the studio for some months now, and it’s ready to share her gift with a passion for singing, creating, connecting community and helping others find their voice. We can’t wait!

This year we chose to celebrate our 2nd Birthday by releasing a NEW MEMBERSHIP, making Yoga more accessible than ever.

We believe that the world needs intentionally sequenced YOGA, potent traditional teachings that have stood the test of time to arrive with us today. We need supported nervous systems, regulated emotions, connection - with others, Self and truth and Practices that free us from unhelpful past patterns.

Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breath techniques) and Meditation are CORE components of a complete Yoga Practice, and we are here to share them with YOU. We are here to show you that they are accessible for all who seek.

💫 Introducing our New Membership, $35 PER WEEK UNLIMITED YOGA CLASSES 💫

For only $35 per week, we are offering access to our full weekly class timetable, our way of ensuring that these Practices are as accessible as possible. Why? We believe in the power of connection and regular Yoga Practice for positive impact in peoples lives, and we want you to experience it!

This week we turn 2! It has been such a beautiful ride offering potent practices and events for the community to come together, to connect with others and with Self more deeply. Fostering Connection is the drive behind everything that we do, and we know that connection is needed NOW more than ever! What’s also so needed now are Practices that support nervous systems, help regulate emotions, connect us with our truth and release unhelpful patterns of our past. So, we are celebrating our second birthday by releasing a new membership, making Yoga more accessible than ever! Its a big move, but current times call for big moves that support more people.

Introducing our newest team members, Cecilia and Ellen! 🙌 Both long time Samadhi Collective students, the girls are now stepping into teaching roles, guiding our Saturday Community Yoga Classes. Welcome Cecilia and Ellen!

Join Katie Connolly for the May full moon and experience a deeply restorative sound journey and calming meditation.

Katie uses an array of unique instruments including crystal/Tibetan bowls and drums that soothe the nervous system and facilitate dropping in to a state of deep relaxation. Immerse yourself in high light and sound frequencies and anchor in inner peace and spaciousness during this auspicious time.
