We had a great time celebrating as a community with games, challenges and quizzes, followed by our famous CFF cook up!

12 year's have going by so quickly. Thank you to all those who have been a part of our community over the years and making CFF what it is today. 🙌
But some things never change. Same place, same standards, same commitment to delivering excellence!
We continue to strive forward, helping other and Advancing Human Performance. Our dedication and passion remain at the core of everything we do, ensuring we consistently deliver for our member's.
Thank you for trusting the programming and eating your veggies. Thank you for the supportive and encouraging environment, and thank you for 12 amazing years of being your Head Coach.
