Our yoga room for the weekend.
Surrounded by nature, with a view like this, it’s a pretty special place to slow down, switch off and simply be.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is step away from the noise, breathe a little deeper and remember how good it feels to rest.
We couldn’t ask for much more. Truly so grateful to be here.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that winter has a way of making our world a bit smaller.
We stay home more. We go into hibernation mode. We cancel plans more easily. We move less. We see people less. We spend more time under blankets and less time doing the things that usually make us feel good.
At first, it feels cosy. But after a while, many of us start feeling the effects.
For a lot of us, it can quietly start to affect our mental health more than we realise. Feeling more withdrawn than usual, losing motivation for things you normally enjoy, feeling flat for no obvious reason, low mood, sad, depressed or slowly pulling back from people without really meaning to.
Pysically, we get stiffer. More tired. Our energy drops. The little aches and niggles creep in and we just don’t feel quite like ourselves.
I see it every year.
And I also see what happens, when people make it to the yoga class that they almost talked themselves out of coming to.
They reconnect with familiar faces and become part of their community again. This is a hugely uplifting experience that you just can’t underestimate.
People don’t always realise how much they’re missed until they’ve been away for an even a little while.
I hear it all the time, “Where’s Mary? I haven’t seen her for a few weeks,” or “Has anyone seen Jane lately?” or “where’s the girl who always puts her mat by the window”
People notice when you’re not around.
Your presence matters more than you probably realise.
And when you do show up your mental and physical health improve almost immediately.
It’s amazing how much you can get back from just one hour on your mat.
Yoga has a way of making your winter world feel a little bigger again in so many ways.
It gives you a reason to leave the house. A place to connect. A chance to move, reset and remember that you’re part of a community that’s always happy to see you.
So if winter has quietly shrunk your world a little, maybe this is your reminder to make it bigger again.
We’ll save you a spot.
