At Feisty Wellbeing our small group classes are limited to 6 people per class! With our classes ranging from 20 year olds to our lovely older clients, we are able to cater to each groups individual needs.

For our older clientele we incorporate exercises to improve balance and core strength and for our hard working tradie clients we encourage a focus on mobility and back health.

At Feisty Wellbeing we pride ourselves on being a small and supportive environment for clients of all ages and abilities to enjoy their wellness journey

We specialise in one on one reformer Pilates, catering to all needs and abilities, including pre and post natal

2 class spaces have become available, 10am on Mondays and 7am or 10am Tuesdays
