Aerodyne has had a few speed bumps over recent years. Not news to anyone that’s ordered nylon in the last little while. The good news? It appears those days are behind them. We’ve had four brand new canopies land at Mee Loft this month alone and it’s bloody good to see them rolling through the door again.

This beautiful Pilot 7-187 was one of those canopies. Ordered with all the excitement that comes with shiny new gear and the anticipation of opening that factory bag for the first time.

Then life happened.

Somewhere between placing the order and it arriving on our doorstep, its owner discovered there are now things considerably more expensive than skydiving. We’re talking tiny humans, mortgages, wedding plans, career changes or perhaps the sudden realisation that eating more than two-minute noodles occasionally has its advantages. We don’t pry. We simply sell parachutes.
