β½οΈ THE BUSINESS END OF THE SEASON! π΅β«
Weβve reached the business end of the Sunday senior season and, with just a few games remaining, thereβs a massive few weeks of football ahead.
Several of our sides are pushing for silverware, while others face some crunch matches at the other end of the table.
AMATEUR PREMIER
Itβs been a lean few weeks for our Amateur Prem side. After being knocked out of the Cup in the semi-finals, the lads have gone winless over the past month and now find themselves locked in a three-way battle with Kingsway and Ballajura to retain their Premier League status.
The Prems have two huge games remaining β at home to Kelmscott this Sunday before travelling to North Perth on the final day.
Victory in either game should be enough to stay up, so we need everyone getting behind the lads, starting this Sunday at Chichester! Make sure youβre down supporting the boys ππ
AMATEUR RESERVES
Our Amateur Reserves currently sit sixth after a steady season under Dylan James.
They take on Maccabi in a catch-up game tonight before seeing out the season against Kelmscott and North Perth and will finish the season in a respectable mid-season spot.
WOMENβS CENTRAL DIVISION 2
Things are getting very interesting!
With four games remaining, our women sit just two points behind league leaders Hamersley Rovers β and importantly, have a game in hand.
With both Hamersley and Sorrento losing on the weekend, the title race has opened right up. The equation is simple: if KWFC can claim maximum points from their final four games, they will win the league.
Thereβs plenty of work to do, though, starting with Bayswater City this Sunday, followed by a trip to Carramar Shamrock Rovers and then two games against Wembley, including a midweek catch-up.
Exciting times ahead for the KWFC ladies as they push for league honours!
MENβS METROS
All aboard the Metro wagon! π
Our Metros sit three points clear at the top of Division 3, with a massive game against second-placed Quinns FC coming up this Friday night at Gumblossom.
Three points on Friday would be a huge step towards league success, with tough games against Yanchep, Subiaco and third-placed Joondanna still to come.
A huge few weeks ahead!
MASTERS DIVISION 1
Our Masters currently sit second after another strong season, with games against Mindarie, Quinns and Hamersley remaining.
With Quinns looking well placed to claim the league title, our Masters will be looking to finish the season strongly and build some form and momentum ahead of the Masters Cup Final, where theyβll take on Perth Saints in early October.
Thereβs still plenty of football to be played in 2026 β league titles, a Cup Final and Premier League survival all on the line.
Get around our senior sides in blue over the next few weeks!

The Bilbies worked hard for one another throughout the match, with some excellent passing, strong defending and confident attacking play. It was great to see the players continuing to develop and bounce back this week.
There were plenty of positive moments across the pitch, with the team creating opportunities, tracking back to help defensively and never giving up. Every player contributed to an enjoyable game and represented the Bilbies brilliantly.

π‘π΅ U13 JDL MATCH REPORT π΅π‘
The U13 JDL took on Ellenbrook at Bramston Park this morningβand it didnβt take long for the teamβs hard work on the training ground to pay off!
A brilliantly worked team goal opened the scoring before the floodgates opened, with the boys finding the net seven times. Ellenbrook scored a late consolation goal, but it was an outstanding 7β1 victory for Kingsley.
β½ Goalscorers:
Jacques Stevens Γ2
Liam Γ2
Justin
Kayden
Harrison Dunkley
β Player of the Match: Jacques Stevens
Playing up front for the first time, Jacques delivered a superb performance and scored twice. His second was the highlightβan expertly placed glancing header into the left corner!
This was one of the teamβs best performances of the season. Paul, the coaching team and all the parents should be incredibly proud of how this talented young group continues to develop.
Fantastic work, boys! πππβ½
U15s JCL | Kingsley Westside 3-2 Wanneroo
This team definitely doesnβt do things the easy way! π
In what was always going to be a vital game in the title fight, Kingsley just about got the job done⦠again.
A fast start saw Kingsley race into a 2-0 lead, thanks to two great finishes from Josh Lawley and Lucas Goulding.
Wanneroo, however, came back fighting and managed to pull one back before the break. In fairness to the away team, they battled really well in the second half and got their just rewards when they found the equaliser with around 15 minutes to go β swinging the title race back in their favour and promptly sending the Wanneroo players into raptures.
One thing about Tim Preeceβs JCL boys this season, though, is that they simply donβt know when theyβre beaten.
With a little over five minutes to play, Josh Lawley sent another great corner into the box. It was met on the volley by Kyle Clarke, who absolutely thumped it into the side netting! β½οΈπ₯
More wild celebrations β but this time for the boys in blue, and this time they werenβt premature!
The standout player today was Josh Lawley, who scored the opening goal and created the other two with his brilliant deliveries from corners. In fact, for the winning goal, Josh was brought onto the field as the corner was awarded, delivered the ball for Kyleβs volley and was then taken straight back off once it hit the net, allowing the more defensive-minded Callum Daly to return and help protect the lead. Talk about making an impact!
3-2 it finished, and Kingsley hold the advantage going into the final round of games next week.
One more to go. ππ‘π

β POTM: Ava Morrow β an excellent performance controlling the midfield.
π΅ U15 JDL 1
KWFC 0β4 Carramar
A tough test against Carramar on a very warm morning. The girls showed significant improvement in controlling the ball and driving forward, creating opportunities but unfortunately couldnβt find the finishing touch.

Sophie never gave up in 1v1 situations, driving the ball forward, while Beya worked tirelessly across the midfield.

A fantastic first half showed real fight and promise, with the girls unlucky not to get on the scoresheet. Fatigue and the heat took their toll in the second half.
