Are you looking for a workout that combines cardio, bodyweight conditioning, balance, and core work with expressive free-flow dance?... Have you tried the The b.class????

The b.class was born in Canada with an idea to move beyond standard workouts. Designed as a safe space for women to process stress, release emotional blocks, and "just b." through movement.

The b.class has now expanded from a single community class in Canada into an international movement with licensed leaders worldwide, including right here in Woodside!

Come and try The b.class - Join Isabel Wednesday at 6:45pm

For the next two weeks we are offering an end of winter special of $15 for a class and of course, if this is your first Active Fitness class you only pay $5 for your first class.

Come and shake out the winter blues with us!

(Regular casual visit pass $20, discount valid 26th Aug & 2nd Sep 2026 only)
