Some people walk through our doors and become part of the fabric of this place 🥹

Amy, you’ve been with us since our very first open day, and it’s hard to imagine House of Wolf without you. From those early days of building a little community from scratch, you’ve been there cheering us on, showing up, supporting our little studio, and sharing your beautiful energy with us all.

It’s been such a privilege to witness your journey, your growth, your strength, and everything else in between. You have brought so much warmth, kindness, and a little quirk to our space.

To finish your House of Wolf chapter on your 300th class feels pretty special ✨What an incredible milestone.

Thank you for the gorgeous handmade gift. It was so thoughtful, so unique, and so wonderfully you 🥹🥹🥹

As you and James begin this exciting new adventure in the Riverland, know that you’ll always be part of the House of Wolf family. We are so excited for everything that lies ahead for you both, even if we’re a little (very) sad to see you both go.

Winter is truly upon us... ❄️

We’ve definitely noticed a little slump in some of our early morning and later evening classes lately, and honestly, we get it. The cold, dark mornings and chilly nights can make staying under a warm blanket feel very tempting.

But while winter invites us to slow down and rest, it’s also important to keep moving.

Gentle, mindful movement helps improve circulation, boost energy, support our immune system, and lift our mood during the colder months.

Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be beneficial. Sometimes simply showing up, taking a few deep breaths, stretching, strengthening, and reconnecting with yourself is exactly what your body and mind need.

This winter, honour the slower pace of the season, but don’t forget to keep moving in ways that replenish, restore, and invigorate you. ✨🐺💜

Our new Yin Yang Flow class begins slowly with grounding yin shapes to help you settle into the body, soften tension and connect to the breath… before gradually building into a warming, dynamic yang flow designed to energise, strengthen and awaken. ☯️

This class is all about balance — stillness and movement, effort and ease, grounding and fire. The perfect mid-point between deep rest and strong flow.

Perfect for those who love both the calm of yin and the energy of vinyasa, and don’t want to choose between the two ✨

Class Update

A little change is coming to our Tuesday 6am class.

Flow & Glow will be making way for a new Slow Flow class — a mellow, mindful practice designed to help you ease into the day with intention.

As much as we love the combination of flow and yin, we already offer a beautiful Yin Yang Flow on Fridays, and the two classes were starting to feel a little too similar. Tuesday mornings are also feeling a little sleepy 😴 lately, so we’re hoping this gentle flowing practice will bring some fresh energy to the early morning schedule.

This class will remain unheated, although we’ll keep the studio at a comfortable ambient temperature throughout the frosty months. Rather than relying on external heat, we’ll invite a little warmth from within through steady movement, mindful breath, and a slow, nourishing flow.

Perfect if you’re looking to wake up the body, clear the mind, and begin your morning feeling centred and refreshed.

See you on the mat Tuesday at 6am 🤍🐺💜

MEET CASSIE!!!

The newest addition to our House of Wolf fam and we are so excited!! - Cassie has been practicing yoga for 20 years, it had such huge impact on her life, becoming an important part of her foundation as a healthy and happy human so she felt compelled to do her training and give back the gift she was given to others. As a teacher since 2019, she loves being part of passing on the wisdom of this ancient practice and helping to guide others to form their own stronger foundations in life.⁠

These days, Cassie loves the Yin and the Yang. She loves a strong and dynamic practice with fun sequences, challenging poses and linking the movements to the deep breaths AND she also loves the slow, calm nourishment of a yin practise where you can deeply relax and stretch, letting the tension drain from your body, mind and soul. ⁠

Her training includes - 100hr Yin, 200hr heated Hatha, 50hr Trauma informed Teaching and 20hr MFR training
