Russell Vale JFC was recently nominated by Football NSW & Football South Coast to take part in the 2026 Grassroots Female Coach Mentoring Program.

Proudly supported by the Federal Governments Play Our Way Fund, the Grassroots Female Mentoring Program has been designed to inspire, support, and develop the next generation of female coaches across the state. The program aims to break down barriers to entry and progression in coaching by providing tailored support, professional development opportunities, and strong mentorship for women working at the grassroots level.

Our 3 lucky coaches Kate, Avril & Sian had the pleasure of working with Areti from Football NSW to learn some valuable coaching insights. Huge thanks to Football South Coast, Football NSW and the Federal Government for this opportunity.

It's been a huge couple of weeks for our All Age Div 2 Women! Coming back from a six game goal scoring voodoo, to bag wins against Bulli and UOW. Then went down in a Tuesday night, fast paced, action packed, game against Gerringong. Some great football ⚽️💚 *sorry not sorry for demanding the 3rd photo nobody wanted to be in 😆
