🥋 3 TRAINING WEEKS UNTIL GRADING!
Thursday 24th September is getting close, and from this week students will begin finding out whether they are ready to grade.
Our coaches will communicate directly with students in class as they demonstrate the skills required for their current belt. There’s no need for parents to ask whether your child is grading just yet. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be assessing students and letting them know when they’re ready.
Our biggest advice right now? GET THE MAT TIME IN.
Come to your regular classes, use those makeup lessons you’ve been saving, practise at home and ask your coaches about anything you’re unsure of.
These final three weeks are about repetition. Cleaning up techniques. Listening to feedback. Showing consistency. And giving yourself every opportunity to be ready.
Parents, you can help too. Ask your child to show you what they worked on in class that day and encourage a little extra practice at home.
And remember, not being ready just yet doesn’t mean you won’t be grading. There are still three full training weeks to improve, earn those final stripes and show your coaches you’re ready.
3 weeks. Plenty of training left. Let’s get you grading! 💪🥋

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Adapt ❤️
To the dads who bring their kids to class week after week.
To the father figures who step up and show up.
To the dads-to-be, the grandfathers, and the dads we’re remembering today.
And to the mums carrying both roles.
We see you. We appreciate you. And we know just how much your support behind the scenes means to the little people looking up to you.
Wishing all the incredible dads and father figures in our Adapt community a very Happy Father’s Day ❤️🥋

🥋 4 TRAINING WEEKS UNTIL GRADING!
Thursday 24th September is getting close, which means these next four weeks really count.
Our biggest advice right now? Get the mat time in.
Come to your regular classes, use those makeup lessons you’ve been saving, and if there’s something you’re unsure about, ask your coaches. This is the time to practise, get feedback and clean up those little things before grading day.
Remember, grading isn’t about suddenly becoming perfect in the final week. It’s about showing us the work you’ve consistently put in leading up to it.
Parents, you can help at home too. Ask your child to show you what they learnt in class, encourage a little practice and remind them how close they are to their next goal.
4 weeks. Plenty of time to make progress. Let’s get you grading! 💪🥋
