If you’re not following Hardcore Harry’s… get on it. I remember seeing some YouTube dude in Wintery UK do this challenge of 1km on Jan 1, increasing to 31km by Jan 31, and thinking ‘wow, that’s incredible’!
HH has kicked this off in Australia, and would you believe, there are still 3 at it in mid March? That means for the last 30 days or so, they’ve been running a marathon distance or more, edging closer to a double marathon.
Absolutely wild!

On ya Rene'! 🔑🟤
🏃♂️ From the coast to Kosci – for a ‘skin-deep’ cause!
You may remember our extraordinary Clinical Engineer (happy World Clinical Engineering Day!), Rene from a story we posted last November, sharing his incredible ultramarathon journey.
Well, this November he’s taking on the Coast to Kosci again, an ultramarathon from Boydtown Beach in Eden to the summit of Mount Kosciuszko, that’s a 240km journey. This time round the journey is personal, with Rene raising funds for and awareness about skin cancer, following his own experience with the disease.
☀️ Rene’s message is simple: protect your skin, get regular checks, and never underestimate the power of prevention.
