First class $15 — Prenatal Reformer or Mums & Bubs. Both are now included in every membership and class pass.
No pregnancy premium, no separate program fee. Prenatal Reformer runs on standard Reformer pricing — casual $33, once a week $27, twice a week $46, or a 10-class pass at $270. Mums & Bubs runs on standard Studio 1 pricing — casual $28, once a week $21, twice a week $40, 10-class pass $220. Concession card holders take 15% off Reformer and 20% off Studio 1.
Prenatal Reformer is Tuesdays 6.20pm and Thursdays 6.15pm. Every trimester welcome; no experience needed.
There's also more of the timetable open than most people expect. iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation and Restorative Yoga run right through, on a usual pass or membership. Reformer, Matwork, and Yoga are on a case-by-case basis in classes taught by our prenatal-trained instructors. A few things are set aside — standing on a moving carriage, jumpboard, planks and curls, and lying flat after the first trimester.
Our Bump to Bub promise: memberships pause automatically around a due date, free, for as long as needed. Unused pass classes convert to Mums & Bubs credits, and the first class back after bub arrives is on us.
Mention it at booking, and we'll say which classes on this week's timetable suit. We work to the AUSactive Pregnancy & Postnatal Exercise Guidelines and RANZCOG's guidance on exercise in pregnancy, and we'd recommend a chat with a doctor or midwife first.
