🦁 SEMI FINALS UPDATE 🦁

A weekend of mixed emotions for the Dandy as finals football delivered plenty of drama across the club.

Our First Grade went down 2-0 against Oak Flats Falcons, with Oak Flats securing their place in the Grand Final. Our journey is not over though…

The boys get another opportunity this Sunday, taking on Fernhill FC in an elimination semi final. Win and we are into the big dance. 🔥

Reserve Grade are GRAND FINAL BOUND! 🏆🦁

A massive 2-1 victory over Thirroul Thunder secured the boys their place in the Grand Final. A top team performance when it mattered most and a thoroughly deserved reward after an outstanding season so far. One more to go lads! 🧡🖤

Unfortunately, our Over 35s finals journey came to an end after a huge battle with Gerringong Breakers FC, going down 4-3.

A great effort from the boys throughout the season and plenty to be proud of. Finishing 2nd on the ladder 🔥 They represented the Dandy brilliantly and fought right until the end 👏🏼🦁

Finals football comes to Dandaloo Sports Ground this weekend as our Over 35’s take on Gerringong Breakers FC in a massive home semi final!

The boys will be ready to leave everything on the pitch as they fight to keep their season alive and move one step closer to the Grand Final.

🦁 REGULAR SEASON REVIEW 🦁

The 2026 regular season comes to an end, and there’s plenty for the club to be proud of 🧡🖤

Coming into the season as the newly promoted side, we knew IPL2 would bring a new challenge. To finish with both First Grade and Reserve Grade sitting 2nd on the ladder is a massive achievement and a credit to the players, coaches and everyone involved 👏🏽🔥

Our Youth Grade finish 5th in their first season playing together. A new group finding their feet, building combinations and competing every week. A great foundation has been laid and there’s plenty to look forward to from this group next season 🦁

First Grade: 2nd
Reserve Grade: 2nd
Youth Grade: 5th

From earning promotion last season to competing at the top end of IPL2 this year, it’s another big step forward for the club.

The regular season might be finished, but the job isn’t done yet.

🦁 ROUND 18 🦁

First Grade were unable to finish the regular season on a high, going down 3-2 away to Fernhill. Results elsewhere meant the lions still secured 2nd place on the ladder and will now turn their attention to finals football this weekend 🦁🔥

Reserve Grade with another bag of goals! 🦁🔥 A huge result from the boys to finish the regular season, securing 2nd place on the ladder and proceeding into the finals 👏🏽

Youth Grade finished their season in style with a 3-1 victory, singing the song one last time for the year 🦁🧡 The boys finish 5th on the ladder, a great effort in their first season together. Plenty to be proud of and some strong building blocks in place heading into next year 👏🏽
