After a much needed rest and recharge, Inner Bliss Kids Yoga is back in 2024 with more upcoming School Holiday 'Yoga and Creative Arts Workshops' and our very first full day 'Girl Power' Wellbeing Workshops.

Our October 2024 School Holiday events are now open on our website.

We have:

* Wednesday 2nd October 2024 - 'Springtime' Yoga and Creative Arts Workshops - half day and full day options available.

* Thursday 3rd October 2024 - 'Under the Sea' Yoga and Creative Arts Workshops - half day and full day options available

* Friday 11th October 2024 - 'Girl Power' Wellbeing Program for 7-12 year old girls- full day of activities to foster a positive mindset and resilience in pr***en girls.
