Bit of cross country single flow tracks this morning in preparation for the adaptive national MTB championships in a couple of weeks

I could handle this life all the time. Surf in the morning bit of work during the day then bike ride in the afternoon. Does it get any better

Finished 2022 with some fun waves. And there was lots in between.

Getting rid of the Xmas food kilos with a nice surf at Gerroa this morning. Pretty small but the paddle sure made it worth while.

Great to be back in the water. Scott’s head paddle games competing against able bodied sup surfers. Competed in over 10 foot & under 10 foot sup didn’t progress to the finals but was happy with how far I got in the competition.
