Important update:
Pony Club NSW would like to advise members that Executive has voted to remove the qualifying time requirement for this event.

This decision was made to support clubs and zones impacted by recent wet weather, where many have been unable to safely hold tryout days or access suitable venues.

Teams must still be capable, prepared and safe to compete; however, achieving the previously set qualifying times is no longer required.

Pony Club NSW is proud to open nominations for the 2026 State Awards, recognising the outstanding service, dedication and contribution of members across our Pony Club community.

These awards are an opportunity to celebrate the people who go above and beyond for their clubs, zones and the wider Pony Club movement.

🐴🏆 Applications Now Open – Win an Entry to Equimillion 2026!

Pony Club NSW is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for our members in collaboration with Racing NSW.

We are offering 5 free competition entries to the 2026 Equimillion event, held at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre.

Equimillion showcases the versatility and suitability of retired Thoroughbred racehorses for careers beyond the racetrack, bringing together riders, horses and supporters to celebrate the Thoroughbred in its next chapter.

Successful Pony Club NSW applicants will receive entry for one horse and one rider combination across two disciplines during the four-day competition.

To be eligible, applicants must:
🐎 Be a current financial Competitor or Participant member of Pony Club NSW
🐎 Hold current Equestrian Australia membership at the time of entry
🐎 Enter classes suitable for their horse and rider combination
🐎 Meet the Equimillion eligibility criteria
🐎 Not have already nominated or entered the event

Classes are available across Junior, Amateur and Open rider categories.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Pony Club NSW members to showcase the care, talent and partnership of Thoroughbreds at grassroots level.
Applications close midnight Friday 31 July 2026.

Winners will be notified by Friday 7 August 2026, allowing time to complete their event entry.

Please note: You must not have already entered or nominated for this event. Strictly no refunds will be provided for previous entries if you are selected through Pony Club NSW.
