Hello Everyone 🙂
Christmas and the general festive season is such a hectic time of year 🎄
With more social events, family events, and general end of year fatigue - it's a time where a lot of energy goes out, and not a lot of energy comes back in - a heady mix for the nervous system!
It's also a time that is really difficult for a lot of local people who struggle to make ends meet. Charities like Wollongong Homeless Hub and Housing Services need extra resources this time of year to help folks get through.
Amy and Alex are putting on a Christmas Fundraiser for the local community to give you a chance to give some health and energy inwards to yourself, and to also give outwards to others - the spirit of the season ✨
Join us on Sunday 17th December at 9am for a 90 minute outdoor class incorporating breathwork, pilates, yoga and meditation.
Participation is by donation (cash or voucher, eftpos also available) and all proceeds will go to the Wollongong Homeless Hub and Housing Services.
This is a morning guaranteed to make you feel good from the inside out 🧘
