💛 It’s R U OK? Day
At P4, we’re lucky to have a community that looks out for one another — and sometimes the smallest interaction can mean more than we realise.
Notice someone hasn’t been at their usual class? Send them a message.
Someone seem a little quieter than usual? Ask “R U OK?” and really listen.
Spot a new face at P4? Say hello and help them feel welcome.
Let’s keep looking out for each other, P4 — not just today, but any day. 🩵💛

🙎♀️ It’s Women’s Health Week!
This year’s theme, do it anyway, is all about taking small steps towards your health.
Because looking after yourself doesn’t have to mean making big changes all at once.
Go for the walk. Try the class. Build your strength. Book the appointment. Ask the question. Make time for yourself.
Every small step is a step towards supporting your health and wellbeing — now and into the future.
This Women’s Health Week, what small step will you take for your health? 👇

🩵 Happy Father’s Day from P4 Movement!
Today we’re celebrating all the dads, stepdads, grandads, dads-to-be and father figures in our P4 community.
Here’s to the strength you show, the support you give and the example you set. 💪
We hope you have a very happy Father’s Day!

What are you training for? 💪
Maybe it’s to feel stronger. Keep up with the grandkids. Travel with confidence. Stay independent. Or simply keep doing more of the things you love.
Because training isn’t just about what you can do in the gym — it’s about what it helps you do outside of it.
So, what are you training for? 👇

🌱 Spring has arrived at P4!
The days are getting longer, the weather is warming up and it’s a great time to put a little more movement back into your routine.
Whether you want to build strength, improve your fitness, move with more confidence or simply feel better day to day, you don’t need to make huge changes.
Start where you are. Find movement you enjoy. Keep showing up. 🩵
What’s one movement or health goal you’re working towards this spring? 👇

Sometimes the hardest part of joining a gym is simply walking through the door.
You might wonder if you’re fit enough, strong enough, or whether you’ll know what to do.
But you don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. That’s what we’re here for. 🩵
At P4 Movement, you can start where you are, move at your own pace and be supported along the way.
What if you just started?
