💛 R U OK? Day is about more than one day.

This whole week at MyFirstGym Figtree, we’re encouraging our MFG community to WEAR YELLOW to class and help us support an incredibly important cause. 🌟

We’ll be collecting gold coin donations throughout the week, with 100% of donations going directly to the R U OK? Foundation. 💛

It’s also a great reminder for our kids that kindness matters, checking in matters and sometimes a simple “R U OK?” can start an important conversation.

Wear yellow. Bring a gold coin. Get involved. 💛

💛 R U OK? Day is coming to MyFirstGym Figtree!

From the 7th to 13th of September, we’re asking our MFG community to wear something YELLOW to class and help us start conversations that matter. 💛

We’ll also be collecting gold coin donations, with all proceeds going directly to the R U OK? Foundation.

A little splash of yellow, a gold coin and one very important reminder: asking “R U OK?” can make a difference. 🌟

Our Holiday Programs are back at MyFirstGym Figtree, with full day programs packed with gymnastics, Ninja, dance, cheer and plenty of FUN!

It’s the perfect way to keep the kids moving, learning new skills, making friends and burning some energy these school holidays. 💙

Celebrating the Dads and special father figures in our MFG community! 💙⭐️

Join us on Saturday the 5th of September and bring your Dad or special father figure along to your MFG class for some movement, fun and quality time together.

There will also be morning tea provided by our team as a celebration of this special day! 🥐☕️

Meet Ella 💙✨

Ella has been part of the MyFirstGym Figtree family for the past two years, bringing energy, encouragement and a genuine love for helping our youngest members grow. 🌟

As an Advanced Acrobatic Coach who is currently studying Personal Training and Nutrition, Ella shares her passion for movement across our Juniors, Gymnastics and Tumbling programs, helping children build confidence one milestone at a time.

Whether it's celebrating those very first independent classes, watching a child master the beam for the first time or seeing them graduate into our senior programs, these moments are what make coaching so rewarding for Ella. 💙
