The fire ceremony was such a beautiful reminder to let go — of the emotions, thoughts and habits that no longer serve us. 🔥
How often do we find ourselves sinking into the same patterns, thoughts or behaviours simply because it’s what we’ve always done? Because it’s familiar. Because it’s part of our routine.
This retreat was a gentle reminder to shake things up.
To pause.
To listen — really listen.
To notice what we need.
And to keep finding new ways to nourish and nurture our ever-evolving selves. 🤍
But how do we bring this into our everyday lives?
✨ Step outside your comfort zone.
✨ Take a moment to reflect before reacting.
✨ Try a different class or move your body in a new way.
✨ Change up your usual routine.
✨ Take five minutes to sit quietly and breathe.
✨ Notice what you notice — without needing to change anything.
Sometimes transformation doesn’t have to be big or dramatic.
Sometimes it’s simply creating a little space to pause, listen and choose something different.
A gentle reminder that we are always evolving — and we have permission to evolve with intention. 🌿🔥

One of my magical moments this week was our Mala 108 bead making ritual and Mala mediation practice.
There has been many progressional steps into lots of magical moments this week already, but this one really presented itself on a deeper level.
As each bead passes through our fingers, there is an invitation to slow down, soften the breath and quiet the mind. The repetition becomes meditative — a gentle rhythm that brings us back to the present moment.
A beautiful reminder that meditation doesn’t have to look a certain way. Sometimes it is simply being still, breathing consciously and creating space within or sometimes feeling the power & vibration of rhythmic repetition of a sacred sound, word, or phrase.
A practice to return to whenever you need to settle the mind, ground yourself and reconnect.
Do you have a favourite meditation practice? I’d love to hear what it is, drop me a comment below 🙏

The magic moments aren’t always the big ones.
They’re found in a quiet breath, a moment of pause, a deeper sense of self-awareness, and the connections we share with those around us.
At Mysa, we believe wellbeing is created through these simple moments—moving your body with intention, reflecting, slowing down, and finding community.
Because sometimes, the smallest moments create the biggest changes. ✨
