Panthers Softball Club is delighted to welcome Miki Jespersen back to Panthers as our Tee Ball Coach for the 2026/27 season (and to play!) 🥎

Many Panthers members will remember Miki as part of our A2 Premiership-winning team before taking some time away from the game.

We're thrilled to see Miki return to Panthers, this time helping introduce our youngest players to softball through our Tee Ball program.

Miki's enthusiasm, experience and love of the game will make her a fantastic role model for our future Panthers.

🐾 A Fantastic Friday Night at The Albion!

Panthers returned to our Clubhouse at The Albion Hotel tonight for another successful Panthers Fundraising Initiative. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, purchased raffle tickets and helped support Panthers Softball Club.

One of the highlights of the evening was welcoming Lydia and Calliope to their first Panthers Fundraising Initiative. Despite a significant round-trip journey, they made the effort to support Panthers before even taking the field for us this season 🙌🏻

We were also thrilled to see Sienna continue her outstanding support of Panthers, batting 1.000 and making it three fundraisers from three opportunities this season.

With a smaller group in attendance this week, Lydia, Calliope, Sienna and Sienna's dad all rolled up their sleeves and helped make the evening another success. Thanks team and we love it that you can be home tucked up in bed before 9pm! Nights like this remind us that it's not about how many people are in the room. It's about people showing up. Getting involved.

What a fantastic weekend at the 10-12 State Schoolgirls Championships! A HUGE congratulations to Sage on earning selection in the 10-12 State Schoolgirls Team. This is a wonderful achievement and recognition of the hard work, commitment and love of the game that Sage brings to softball.

We're also excited to see future Panthers Mya and Meadow enjoying the championship experience and we look forward to welcoming both girls to the Panthers family this season.

Moments like these highlight the opportunities softball creates, from making new friends and creating memories to striving towards representative honours.

Congratulations Sage, and welcome to Panthers, Mya and Meadow (we love that you’re already getting your raaarrr on). We can't wait to see what the season ahead brings.

🐾 Another Fantastic Friday Night at The Albion! 🐾

Our Panthers family came together once again last night for another successful Panthers Fundraising Initiative at The Albion Hotel, our Panthers Clubhouse.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, purchased raffle tickets and helped make it another wonderful evening.
Special thanks to our amazing supporters:
🍻 The Albion Hotel and Michael, whose ongoing support continues to help make these evenings so enjoyable. This week, Michael kindly arranged for us to use the venue's live entertainment setup for our raffle draw and announcements, helping us share Panthers with the wider venue community.
🥩Super Butcher for once again providing our popular meat tray prize and going the extra mile by providing discount flyers for all raffle ticket purchasers. Even if members didn't take home the meat tray, they still walked away with an opportunity to save on their next visit.
🌸 The Flower Farm for generously donating another beautiful voucher prize.

One of the highlights of the evening wasn't the raffle or the prizes. It was watching our young Panthers step up. Sienna and Ashmia got stuck straight into selling raffle tickets, while Kenji wasn't far behind (with senior Pam being the responsible adult). They didn't wait to be asked. They simply got involved and got the job done. For us, that's what Panthers is all about. Developing confidence, leadership, initiative and community alongside softball skills.

It was also wonderful to see Panthers members from across the club come together, including players, juniors, seniors and parents, building the connections that make our club so special. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening another success.
