Open the door to Clinical Pilates. Open your mind and body to a new way to move and feel. Everyday most of us move in repetitive ways day in and day out. Over time this can cause poor posture, weakness, and poor awareness of where your body is in space. This can lead to injury or pain. Come and learn how to truely connect with your spine and core. Just try Clinical Pilates and you will understand what it means to feel connected to your body.

We often only go to the doctor or the physiotherapist when we have pain or something goes wrong. We are often reactive and not proactive when it comes to our bodies which is sad because we only have one body our entire lives. Moving well and often can lubricate your joints, moisten the fascia, and help to balance your musculoskeletal system. We take better care of our cars than we do our bodies. Start investing in your health today!

Keeping it fresh and challenging at Happy Body Rehab. Last week we played around with the foam and spinning discs to take four-point kneeling to another level. Performing bird-dog with your hands on the spinning discs really makes you realise how your body is constantly adapting to keep control of the movement.
