Bellert Racing

Winternationals 2026 for the team had some highs and lows. 5 cars over 4 brackets this year.. 2 x Junior Dragsters, 1 x Real Steert, 1 x Modified and 1 x Supercharged Outlaws.
Both Tyler and Jazzy made 2nd round of Juniors with a massive 70 cars but both going out in the 2nd with red lights. Alex Kidd having some issues with the FG in Real Street with only getting 1 good qualifier, dialed in with a 13.59 coming out and running a PB and breaking out 1st rd with a 13.57. Kellie Kidd having driveline issues all weekend breaking 3 input shafts and lost 1st rd of Outlaws. So that leaves Phil Bellert showing us all how it is done, having killa reaction times all weekend and making it to the finals of Modified coming away with the Runner Up. The family is beyond proud of dad for his results 💞. Thank you to our crew for taking time out of your lives to be apart of our team, Steve Kidd, Bryson Holm, Paul Langton, Jazmin Kidd and Tyler Bellert.

Warwick Dragway Round 1 report.. half the team headed to Warwick for the opening round of the championship, Phil Bellert in Quick ET coming away with 2 from 3 wins, Jazzy in Junior Dragster with 3 from 3 wins but with 6 other kids also on 3 wins she wasn't quiet close enough to her dial in to make the finals. Alex Kidd taking the FG ute with its new upgrades out to give it some test runs came away with 3 from 3 wins and Runner Up in the Finals of the Street bracket. Very successful days racing for all 3 drivers. Was a super long day only leaving the track at 11:30pm with 14 hours of racing for the day. Next race meeting will see all the team at Willowbank Raceway for QDRC.

QDRC Rd 2 wrap up... it was just Phil Bellert and Jazmin Kidd racing this round, gotta say was very ofd only having 2 cars instead of the usual 5 dragsters. It was a stunning days racing weather was spot on, track was great. Phil coming away with 3 from 3 wins and the Win 🏆 in the finals in Modified, Jazzy securing 2 from 3 wins and driving superbly all day.

Huge congrats to Jazmin for getting her licensing completed into the next age bracket in Junior Dragster, running close to 2 seconds and 10mph quicker than she ever has.. It will be a great season with all 3 juniors on the team now running in the older age brackets so we will see much closer racing between them.

Well unfortunately both Alex and Jaz lost 1st round here at the 2022 Winternationals. This was Jazzy's last Winters in C/JD (🥳🥳) so bigger and better next year 💪, Alex has been super impressive with his reaction times. So next meeting for the kids will be the Junior Dragster Blast..

Day 1 of the 2022 Australian Winternationals, Alex and Jazmin are up first in Junior Dragster, beautiful weather today..

Our youngest driver of the team Jazmin made it to her first final in Junior Dragster today at the Queensland Drag Racing Championships, she came away with the win. .018 reaction time running at 12.77 on at 12.70 dial in. Congrats young lady, we are all so very proud.

The team represented by only the Junior Dragsters yesterday at the opening round of the 2022 QDRC. Alex and Jazzy coming out of qualifying with some impressive reaction times, Jaz back to back .007 then goes .000, Alex also with a .007. Both cars were super consistent, Jaz only get 1 out if 3 wins, Ax 2 from 3, with his last run .002 on the tree and running an 8.27 on 8.22 dial in. Kids had a ball, meeting back up with their fellow racers after the 3 month break. Thank you to young Robbie for helping out also a huge thank you to dad Phil Bellert for the loan of the trailer.
