As we unwind, unpack the mountains of washing, and finally start coming down from our massive high, we’re taking a moment to let it all sink in.

The 58th Winternationals — wow! What a blur, in the best possible way. One huge week of amazing racing, family, friends, fast cars, and having an absolutely bloody awesome time doing what we love.

This year was extra sweet, with Mitchell bringing home the gold Christmas tree in Super Sedan. 🏆🎄

Congratulations also goes out to Shaun Doeblien for coming runner up in the Top Sportsman category.

Congratulations as well to Tony Whyatt on taking out the win in Top Sportsman.

We want to say a massive thank you to our family who come along for the ride every year. Without you all, this absolutely wouldn’t be possible — Mitchell and I would never agree on a dial-in, let alone work out how to get to the lanes at the same time!

To the Green Army and the staff at Willowbank Raceway — you guys rock. Without you, we don’t get to go racing. Thank you for being there through the wind, the early mornings, and the late nights. Please know how much we appreciate you.

And yes, Winternationals withdrawals absolutely exist… and believe me, they linger for a while!

What an incredible weekend for Bauer Racing!

After a huge effort from the entire team, Mitchell Bauer has claimed the Super Sedan Winter Nationals 2026 Championship at Willowbank Raceway! 🏆🔥

Through every qualifying session, every round of racing, and some incredibly tough competition, the team stayed focused and delivered when it mattered most. The hard work, dedication, and determination have paid off in the biggest way possible.

A massive thank you to our family, crew, sponsors, and everyone who has supported us throughout the event. We couldn’t do it without you.
