🏏 School Holiday Idea for Parents & Teenagers

One of the biggest challenges of parenting teenagers is understanding why they often seem closer to friends than family and don't always act rationally.

The good news is that much of this is a normal part of teenage brain development.

To help enage kids better understand themselves and improve family communication, I've put together a short movie and documentary series focused on teenage emotions, brain development, friendships, resilience, and mental wellbeing.

I thought it may be useful for families in our sporting communityl. Feel free to share any additional resources or recommendations.
