Soothing Yoga
Yoga classes develop strength and flexibility in body, mind and spirit. Focus is on relaxation leading to mindful living to enhance your life experiences.
In addition to the classes in Moonah I have a regular class at Lauderdale Community Hall on Wednesday mornings 10.30am till 12pm. There is plenty of room in the hall to accommodate new students.
Take a drive to this beautiful area, have lunch in one of the cafes, with a walk along the beach after the class to extend your morning of yoga and relaxation.
"There is a force within which gives you life, seek that."
Rumi
Yoga, practiced regularly, promotes healthy functioning of the whole body and mind. It cleanses toxins through stimulating the lymphatic system, massages internal organs, strengthens bones and muscles, promotes circulation and efficient breathing. The mind is calmed, relaxation experienced. Join a class today!

The rose opens, opens
And when it falls
Falls outward."

Hello yoga friend's!
All yoga face to face yoga classes have now been suspended due to the current situation. I am working on delivering free, at this stage, yoga sessions on line and through Facebook Live feed.
Continuing with yoga will benefit your overall physical and mental health which will be important to help us get through this challenging time.
My feeling about this situation, along with many others, is that this is an opportunity to strengthen the connection to your own inner life, letting go of the usual outward focus and busyness of the outside world.
Stayed tuned for this new way of participating in yoga.
Classes will resume face to face when it is safe.
May peace be with you all. Om Shanti ❤❤
