A massive Congratulations to all the Strongman athletes. Many of these athletes competing in strongman for the first time and you all showed up on the events, giving it your all and it was awesome to watch!
Special mention to Sam who competed in the Strongman events right after his full powerlifting comp, Solid effort!
And to Rach who not only decided to jump in on the day last minute, with none of her own gear or prep, but also competed with the men and scored with them.
