Audio Visual Technicians Wanted – Casual Positions (Potential Full-Time for the Right Person)
BAX Audio Visual is growing, and we're looking for reliable, motivated AV technicians to join our team.
We deliver conferences, corporate events, gala dinners, awards nights, live streaming, and special events throughout the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, and beyond.
We're looking for people with experience in:
• Audio, lighting and vision systems
• Projectors, LED walls and presentation systems
• Live event setup and pack-down
• Streaming and vision mixing (an advantage)
• A professional attitude and great customer service
What we offer:

What a night.
Bax AV was proud to support Pillars Sydney as they celebrated their 1st Birthday in style.
Working across four levels of the venue, our team delivered lighting and event production designed to elevate every corner of the experience. From architectural uplighting and feature lighting to DJ production, live entertainment support, outdoor terrace activations and immersive atmospheric effects, the goal was simple: create an unforgettable atmosphere from the moment guests arrived until the final track of the night.
It's always rewarding to see a venue transformed and buzzing with energy, great people and memorable moments.
A huge congratulations to The Pillars team on an incredible first year. Thanks for having us along for the celebration.
