Everyone wants to flex these days on social media (showing my age)
We ain’t flexing, and we don’t have much to flex really.
Just humbled to sit back and think a little shed PT studio in a back yard could make such an impact in its local area.

We never opened a chain of gyms, and by business standards we only went from a back yard to a factory bay.

Our main reason was to create a place to look after our clientele. Make PT service affordable for folk like us.

10 years ago, the coast was a handful of PTs and gyms, now it’s flourishing.

Man that’s unreal.
Striving to be at our best brings out the best in all of us.
In want to see this industry recover so much, after what we’ve been through with lockdowns and rules that nailed the gyms.
