Khushnoor was part of the Werribee Junior Cricket Club girls program, and it's wonderful to see a former player achieving such incredible success on the world stage.

World U20 Athletics Championships - Athlete Profile 🌎🇦🇺

Khushnoor Kaur Rungi secured her place on the Australian team after claiming Gold in the Women's U20 Pole Vault at the Australian U20 Athletics Championships, clearing an impressive 4.06 metres. 🥇

Remarkably, that performance came just three weeks after she set a personal best of 4.17 metres, highlighting her outstanding consistency and potential on the international stage. 📈💪

Over the past three years, Khushnoor has firmly established herself as one of Australia's premier U20 pole vaulters, consistently finishing among the nation's top two athletes in her age group. 🌟

Representing Australia in the green and gold is a testament to Khushnoor's hard work, dedication and perseverance, and everyone at the Maribyrnong Sports Academy is incredibly proud of what she has achieved.

**Please note:**
🏏Submitting an EOI is mandatory but does not guarantee a position in a team.
🏏Player trials will be held in late August.
🏏Team numbers are capped based on ground availability, coaching capacity and volunteer support.

We will do our best to accommodate all existing members; however, places may be limited. If required, we will provide families with plenty of notice to explore other club options.

We held our AGM last night, and we’re pleased to announce our committee for the upcoming season!

We’re overwhelmed by the number of new, passionate people who put their hand up to contribute this year , thank you for your initiative, and welcome to the team.
